House with a wonderful location and close to lake

The house sits on a hill with stunning views over the forests of Småland. The house consists of a large beautiful kitchen, 2 large living rooms, one smaller room, 2 spacious bedrooms for 6 people, 1 shower room and a wonderful terrace for enjoying the sunset.

It is 1 km to a beautiful lake with swim platform.

The house is located in Broddatorp 5 km outside the city Ramkvilla in Vetlanda county. There are 4 mil to Vetlanda and 5 mil to Växjö is the larger towns nearby. Other appropriate destination is Astrid Lindgrens World in Vimmerby 10 mil, High Chaparral in Hillerstorp 10 mil and glass kingdom in southern Småland 6 mil.

Floor 1:
- Kitchen with seating for 6 persons. Equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, waffle iron and 1 highchair
- Living Room with corner sofa, leather chair, TV, Video & DVD and fireplace (not in use)
- Living Room with 3-seater, 2-seater sofa, armchair, stereo with CD and fireplace (not in use)
- Bathroom with shower

Floor 2:
- Bedroom with 180 cm wide double bed and a sofa bed
- Bedroom with 180 cm wide double bed

Outdoor:
- Wonderful terrace with mile-long views and seating for 6 people
- Large beautiful garden where children can play football, logs and more
- 1 km to the wonderful lake

The house rented on a weekly basis
You have access starting at. 15:00 on the day of arrival and must leave by 12:00 the day of departure.
Bed linen and towels are not available.
Final cleaning is handled by the guest.

Animals are not allowed due. allergy and indoor smoking is not allowed.

- 3 km away from the house is Hörnebo slate mine as one of Swedens most beautiful open pit. It hosts each summer music performance
- In Ramkvilla there SPA with wood-fired hot tub, inns with good food, golf, family beach and Ramkvilla Outdoor Activity ramoa.se
- In Korsberga about 3 mil from Ramkvilla is a very funny adventure mini golf course for the whole family
