Fantastic view 100 metres from the Sea

We offer our cottage (60m2) together with our garden shed (10m2) to let by the week
during summer. The estate is located in Trönningenäs 6km north of Varberg, just 100 metres from the sea. It has a fantastic sea view over the west coast’s most southern archipelago, from Getterön in the south to Balgö in the north. Swimming possibilities at the marina 100 metres from the grounds and/or 300 metres further away at the jetty "badbryggan" where also swings as well as a bathing raft.
The area offers beautiful walking possibilities in a typical Halländsk nature with meadows, forest and granite. Tourist attractions apart from the old Varberg and the bird reservoir at Getterön, a newly renovated (2009) wind mill about 400 metres from the ground plot. Just ten minutes by car to Varberg’s picturesque city centre and 30 minutes to the outlet area Gekås in Ullared. Closely located is Espevik and Kärradal’s beach with well known restaurants such as Fridas. It is 68km to the amusement park Liseberg, 64km to Borås Zoo and 65km to Halmstad Adventure land.
The ground plot is made out in a corner and mostly lawn. On the southern part of the plot there is a newly built dwelling. There is a trampoline and a climbing tree with a swing, rings and a ladder.
The cottage was built in 2007 and it has a large patio in southern position. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is also a large room, living room with kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker, oven and dishwasher. Outside of the kitchen there is a conservatory. The shower room has a basin, a washing machine with dryer and a WC.
The large room has a fireplace heating stove. Electric radiators in all rooms.
The garden shed is also winterized, is next to the cottage and has two bunk beds, a total of four berths. Access to barbeque, three parking spots, broadband, TV, DVD and CD-player.
