Located on the Swedish east coast, just outside the town of Valdemarsvik, is Gåsebo and this modern and nicely renovated house for comfortable year-round living.
The house is 40 meters off a lake and has its own dock with sundeck and access to a rowing boat. On the other side of the house there are large forest areas, perfect for walking and hiking.
For those who desire a more active stay there are plenty to do in the surrounding area. The beautiful archipelago offers fishing, swimming, jet skiing and boat rides and there is also a nearby golf course, Icelandic horse riding and the walking trail Östgötaleden.
Valdemarsvik with a small variety of shops and restaurants is 5 kilometers away. Another 50 kilometers north is the medieval town of Söderköping where you can stroll along the canal or enjoy an ice cream at the famous ice cream restaurant Smultronstället. For a larger range of shops or maybe a visit to Kolmården Zoo, the city of Norrköping is just another 16 kilometers away.
The house is a two-storey building with a total area of 100 square meters. Ground floor with living room, shower room and kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove and oven. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a double bed, two armchairs, TV and DVD-player. There is also a smaller bedroom with two single beds and a lounge hall with room for an extra bed. Furnished patio and barbecue.
