Sunset at the dunes

Just by the dunes and the long beach, 1 minute to the sea, is this newly built (2012) beach house. Living room and fully equipped kitchen in one. 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Double bed 180 cm. Bedroom 2: Bed 140 cm. Bedroom 3: Bunk bed 140 cm down and 90 cm up. Generous, tiled bathroom with shower corner, toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer. Floor heating throughout the house. Large wooden terrace 55 m2 to the southwest. 55 m2 wooden terrace with outdoor furniture. The nature type ground is mainly covered with high beach grass. At the entrance side, the ground is covered with gravel and has place for 3-4 cars.

Within 200 m is a grocery store and a beach restaurant for lunch, after beach and dinner, etc..

2 km by the sea meadows north is Glommen fishing village with a good restaurant.

6 km to Falkenberg. 20 km to Varberg. 40 km to Halmstad. 100 km to Gothenburg.

In the neighborhood are several farm shops with meat products, vegetables, etc..

Payment:
- At booking, 20%.
- 30 days before arrival date, 80%.
- 30 days before arrival date, 1500 SEK as deposit.
- The deposit is paid back after appproved final cleaning and settlement of damages if any.

Other:
- Arrival and departure days are normally on Saturdays.
- Arrival from 15.00 h.
- Departure latest 12.00 h.
- Bed sheets and towels are not included.
- Final cleaning is not included. Will be checked before departure.
- Final cleaning can be added for 1500 SEK.
- No pets due to allergy in our family.

Directions:
E6 from north, exit 52, towards Morup.
E6 from the south, exit 50 or 51, via Falkenberg.
