beautiful in both summer and winter!
Magnificent seaview with sunset. Unique villa with total silence and tranquility, approximately 110m2 + guesthouse, and has three rooms with double beds of which 2
are slightly larger. The bathroom has underfloor heating. A very large terrace
surrounds the house. New guesthouse 2014 with a doublebed and toilet. The sandy beach is only 100m from the house. Private
moorings are about 5 minutes from the house. Available weekly, but shorter rental
periods are also possible an request. Orusts biggest "city" is only 5 minutes away
with car or boat, where all necessary shops are: liquor, supermarkets and shopping
in general.
BBQ available. Hotels and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes by boat or car. Orust
main bus stop in Henan with all possible connections.
The private carpark it right outside the house. Bathing is only 50m from the house
with cliffs and a very nice beach. Wonderful mushroomforests just outside the doorstep. 2 of the
bedrooms have sea views.
Fireplace is also availablea and logs.
The house is located not far from Grundsund, Gullholmen, Lysekil mm.
The house has municipal water and sewer.
The house is of course heated for cold winter nights.
