Wing in Bjärby, beautiful southern Öland

In the village Bjärby, 30 km south of the Ölandbridge, in the middle of the
UNESCO
world heritage and close to (just outside the garden) the Kalmar IRONMAN
bike track, we live on a former truck farm (-garden). We have now restored one
of the wings into a "cosy place" for leasure time. The upper floor has two
double rooms and one family room. On first floor there is one double room and a
kitchen with fireplace (stove). The shower room/wc has underfloor heating.
Furthermore there is a large family room (high ceiling, open up to the ridge) with a
dining place for many people and a "lounge" with sofa, LCD-TV and fireplace
(stove). You have "your own" patio with out-door furnitures and grill
that you may use. One of the bedrooms on top floor has a beautiful view over the
surroundings and the sea (Kalmarsund). From the garden you can enjoy the long
sunsets over the sea and the beautiful panorama.

Directions:
Once you have crossed the bridge to the island, take the second exit SOUTH
(direction Ottenby) and follow route 136 approx. 30 km to Bjärby. When you
pass the church in the village Kastlösa you only have 2 more km to go to
Bjärby. At the windmill in the crossing turn to the right (direction Hammarby)
and
drive only approx. 100 meters. There you turn sharply right on to our village
street. The first house on your left hand side (yellow with 2 wings,
sourrounded by
high trees) is the right place to be! Very welcome!
