Frösakull, idyllic nature, close to beach/golf

A 65 m2 idyllic red small house in Frösakull, outside Halmstad. Close to the famous
Työsand beach and one of the best golf cources in Sweden. The house is situated in
a natural reserve area and the groud of 1200 m2 has forrest, a creek
(Nyrebäcken) and a field (some weeks with cows) as closest neighbours.

The house has two bedrooms and sleeps four persons, 2 in masterbedroom and 2
in extra bedroom (sofa bed), a kitchen with micro, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffe
machine, a livingroom with open fire and TV, bathroom with shower and washing
machine, large dining table (8-10 people) in a conservatory next to the kitchen

Attached to the house you find a 25 m2 terrace facing south. You also have a small
extra house with a loft bed for two guests.

Th house is situated 300 meters from the eleventh hole at Halmstad golfklubb
(North Course) and less than 2 km from the famous beach in Tylösand.
