Cozy cottage with sea view

Cozy cottage with fantastic seaview, situated along the countryside withinin the
small village of Utby, about 10 km northwest of Uddevalla City. In the heart of the
province Bohuslän. Also close to a large shoppingcentre and the highway to
Göteborg (1 hour drive) and Oslo (3 hours drive). Here you will find lots of
interesting things to see and to do.

The cottage has 4 beds (2 single-beds and 1 bunk bed). A bright and nice living
room and a well equipped kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave. Shower/wc,
tv, dvd, garden and a bbq. There is also a fireplace to use if necessery.
Smoking and animals are not allowed. Possibility to rent sheets 100 SEK/set. Final
cleaning is included in the price.

our guests some activities to learn more about Sweden and the Swedes.
•We, who welcomes you, are a family consisting of mother Yvonne 53, father Jeff 60
(from USA, living in Sweden for 30 years) and our daughters between 23-27
years old. We love animals and on our farm you can find small ponnies, donkey, llamas,
sheep, cats. rabbits, guinea pig and birds. The cottage is about 2 km
distance from our farm.

Directions:
Follow E6 direction Oslo, in Uddevalla, follow road 161 direction Lysekil. Pass
shoppingcentre Torp, after ca 1 km turm left at Utby S, follow Tåbergsvägen ca 2 km.
On crest take right into Hagabergsvägen.
