A secluded gem in beautiful nature

This old farmstead, situated in beautiful nature, has a secluded location but
nevertheless
short distances to most facilities desired on your summer holidays. The house was
built in the 1930s and charms its guests with many original interior details. A
romantic garden surrounds the house and the closest place for swimming is just
1000 m away in a beautiful fjord called Åbyfjorden. And don´t be surprised to
discover an elk or deer on the fields outside the kitchen. At the first floor you will find a kitchen, a
livingroom and a bedroom. In the attic there is another bedroom with its own balcony and a
bathroom with shower and WC.

Just outside the house a system of paths take you out in to the peaceful
surroundings. Only 3000 m away you´ll find the camping site Örns camping, with a
little shop. playground, mini golf and rental boats. The genuine fishing village
Malmön on the island Bohus-Malmön is just 4000 m away, including a five-minute
long trip with ferry, free of charge.

In the vicinity the other fishing villages of Smögen, Hunnebostrand and
Bovallstrand are also worth a visit as well as the nature reserves of Bua hed, Hållö
and Ramsvik. The art school of Gerlesborg and Nordens ark, the famous breeding
station for endangered species, also attract a lot of visitors.
