Charming house at lake Bolmen, south Sweden

Torkelsnäs is an old cottage beautifully situated in an undisturbed bay on the western
shore of lake Bolmen. From the house you have a panoramic view of the lake and
hardly 80m away you have your own kid-friendly sandy beach. The charming old
house of about 90m2 is suitable for 4 -6 people. It has living room, 3 bedrooms,
modern fitted kitchen, bathroom with WC, shower, sauna and washing machine. As
tenant, you have access to a couple of bicycles, a rowing boat and opportunity to borrow a canoe (Motor for the Boat is extra 750 SEK/W). Friendly dogs are welcome but they are not aloud to run free without permission from the landlord.
2 km away you find the popular Tiraholms Säteri with restaurant and shop for fish from Bolmen and the local fish farm.
In Unnaryd, 9 km away, you find food store, a gas station and other service facilities.
Please note that we do not confirm any bookings for the coming year before December, since previous tenants have priority. However, you are welcome to make inquiries and we are prepared to note your wish for a preliminary booking, but without guarantee of renting.
