An apartment for 1-2 families with very high standards, ski in / out mode at 650 m asl and a few hundred meters from the luxury hotel Copperhill in Åre Björnen. Panoramic windows and large balcony in SW mode offers unbeatable views of Lake Åre and Åreskutan and the other mountains.
Age 30 years except for accompanying children to adults. Smoking is not allowed.
Guests brings their own bedlinen.
Cleaning is not included in the price and will be added to the price.

Fully equipped kitchen, dining area with 8-12 chairs integrated with the living room with a ceiling height of 6 meters, fireplace, TV, DVD.
Loft: living room, TV, DVD, double bedroom.
Storage room for ski storage needs.
Parking with electric outlet.
