Brygghouse 5m from the lake

This house is located just at the shore of lake Baven with 3KM lake view where sunsets can be breathtaking.
Downstairs there is a large room with wooden walls and teracotta floor. And also a french kitchen with wooden hatches and delft tiles..
3 refridgerators and a fridge hides behind the hatches. A second entrance with washing machine.

Upstairs one is met by a upper hall with sofas and 4 bedrooms. One master bedroom with its own shower/wc, a 4 bedrroom with handbuilt bunkbeds. Also 2 small single bedrooms (with the possibility for an extra bed).

Outside the house to the lake there are a few sofas. This area is perfect for barbeque.
Next to the house a small private sand beach. In the large castle park that surrounds the house there is a kagelbahn, a few canoes, rowing boat and a tenniscourt that often can be used.

A cosy house withe floor heating and a very genuine feeling for holidays, family gatherings all year around
