The great room downstairs is almost a 100 square meter, and can be used as a diningroom, for yoga courses and other activities (pingpong table)
Exit with double doors from the great room to a 60 m2 wooden deck and lake view (around a 100m from the lake). Access to sand beach, boat, canoes, tenniscourt and kagelbahn.

Perfect for holiday living and gatherings. Extra rooms and beds can often be arranged in the other 6 houses spread out in the castle park.
