Lovely house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a quiet area very close to the city
centre of Stockholm. Also near a lake for swimming (300m) with the sea on the other side with
Skurusundet (300m). Only 15 min with car or possibilities to take the bus.

Nice natural garden (1500m2) with a large sundeck (~100m2) and a lovely pool. Pool require some supervision.

House: Modern equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, 3 bedrooms 1 with a doublebed 180x200 and own
bathroom and TV, 1 with a large bed 105x200, 1 room with a large bed 140x200. There is also a loft with an extra bed 90x200 or 180x200 with a narrow staircase. Bathroom number two has a jacucci and sauna. Livingroom with large sofa and TV with
Boxer and DVD.

Minimum stay is two weeks.
