Cosy cottage near Kämpinge beach in Höllviken

Cosy holiday cottage 250m from the wonderful beach in Kämpinge, Hollviken (53 sq m) (sleeps 4) with separate guest cottage (sleeps 2). The main cottage has been totally renovated in the summer of 2018 with new kitchen, new bathroom and new walls and ceilings. The main cottage has two bedrooms - one with 2 beds and one with bunk beds (90cm and 120cm), kitchen, livingroom, covered porch and a bathroom with shower. A separate guest house in the garden that sleeps 2 with a separate bathroom. Child friendly garden with a small playhouse.

The living room consists of a dining area and sitting area. The kitchen has a ceramic hob/ oven, coffee maker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture available.

If you want to play golf, you find Ljunghusens GK (about 3 km) and Falsterbo golf course (9km) closeby.

There are good public transport links to Malmö and Copenhagen, traveling by bus /
train about 35 resp. 45 minutes.

Sheets and towels are not included in the rent but can be provided for an additional
cost.

Rented on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday from 15:00 check out 12:00. Final cleaning is not included in the price.
