Nice house close to the sea

Welcome to our house of 90 square meters with a total of 5 beds. It is situated on a large sunny plot of 1,900 sq meters, close to the sea, forest and meadows.

The house has a new modern kitchen with dishwasher and dining area. There is a large living room with a fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is another very nice and bright dining area. The house offers three bedrooms, two smaller - one with two beds and the other with one bed - and a bit larger one with two beds. Modern and tiled bathroom with shower. If it is a bit chilly in the evenings, there is both a fireplace and wood burning stove, in addition to the heating system.

The house is located in Lerkil at two-minute walking distance to Lerkil’s harbor and beach. The marina offers a nice summer restaurant. It takes 25 minutes to go to Gothenburg to visit eg Scandinavia’s largest amusement park - Liseberg or 15 minutes to the nice town of Kungsbacka with shopping at Kungsmässan shopping mall or Hede Fashion Outlet.
