Downstairs there is a large and bright kitchen and living room with fireplace. Large entrance with 4 wardrobes and a bathroom with toilet and bath. Upstairs there is a toilet with shower and 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (180 cm), this bedroom is in an alcove that can be screened off with a screen wall. The second bedroom has a double bed (160 cm) and the third bedroom has a single bed (90 cm), both of these bedrooms have doors so that you can close them. There is a separate storage house with washing machine.

There is TV, Mobile Wi-Fi and Chromecast in the house.

Three patios in south, west and north. Nice sea view where you can watch the sun go down into the sea.

The house is close to the sea in a rural location with good connections to Varberg (17 km) and Falkenberg (11 km). 1 hour drive from Gothenburg.

There are serveral alternatives to go swimming nearby: on meadows 300 m, at jetty 700 m and at sandy beach 1 km.

The house is rented weekly during June-August. For the rest of the year the house is available to rent for a shorter stay, minimum of three nights.
