North of Öland, Byxelkrok, 150 m to the beach

Charming, genuine cottage about 50 square meters. Large garden with lawn and space for play and relaxation.

The cottage has one bedroom with two single beds, a large cabin with two single beds, older kitchen, nowadays dining room and small kitchenette with bench stove (2 plates and oven), micro, kettle, fridge / freezer. No water indoors. The ceiling height is lower than standard, 195–200 cm. NOTE! The cottage is smoke and pet free.

In the detached shower house at the cottage knot there is a water-toilet and sink and separate shower room with sink and shower cubicle, hot and cold water in both.

The location is in the middle of the village, but secluded on a dead-end street, 150 meters to Byxelkrok's beach. Close to supermarket, harbor, restaurants and summer shopping. A bit north you find Neptuni fields (nature reserve), Långe Erik (Tall Erik – the lighthouse) and Trollskogen (the troll-forest), right over lies the village Böda and southwards the beautiful coastal road passes by raukar (stone-stacks), alvarmarker (barren limestone terrace) and the stone coast.
