Celebrate Chirstmas in beautiful Sigtuna

Welcome to rent our house located just 60 meters from the Lake Mälaren.The house is located 15 minutes walk from the very center of Sigtuna and is situated on a south/west down hill facing the lake Mälaren. We have two terraces looking over the water and the best evening sun in Sigtuna. During the summer the sun doesn´t set until 9:30 PM.

The house is available from 23 Dec 2017 until Jan 5th 2018 and wil be fully decorated. if you only are a family of 4-5 people we can give you the special price of 10 000/week.
Out cat will have to stay.
We do not rent out just over New Years Eve adn we do not allow any parties with invited external guest.

There are 5 bed rooms with a total of 9 beds. In the garden there is also a small cottage serving as a guest house with 2 beds (closed during the winter). There are three bathrooms and a sauna in the basement. Two living room areas, one with a large flat screen TV, Sonos wireless music system. The kitchen is fully equipped.

We share a pier with our neighbors from which you can take the dive. There is also a private beach. 200 meters from the house there is a large public beach. There is a boat dock, where you can keep a boat.

Sigtuna is Sweden’s oldest town with a very charming city center with old buildings with traces from old times in the form of church ruins and rune stones. I takes 45 minutes to drive in to the center of Stockholm and 20 minutes to the airport Stockholm Arlanda. It is also possible to reach Stockholm by bus and train.

The house can be rented during the summer, during the Christmas holiday or other weeks during the year. Usually we have a lot of snow and on the Mälaren it is possible to skate the whole way to Stockholm. During Christmas time the town Sigtuna is very nicely decorated.
The house is already rented out for the summer of 2022. Welcome with inquires for the summer of 2023. The hosue is large with 7 bedrooms and therefore we are renting it out to families that are in need of the space. The price is 26 000 SEK per week 2023

The house is rented to families for vacation and recreation. It is not possible to rent the house for conferences or parties.
