Small and cosy cottage by Lake Helgasjön

Cottage with large patio right next to Lake Helgasjön, good location on a peninsula.
The cottage is located 28km north of Växjö, secluded and not solitary. The cottage consists of 1 all-purpose room, kitchen and bathroom together with a separate bedroom. A wooden heated Swedish hot tub and a sauna is included in the rent. If you need assistance with heating the hot tub there will be an extra fee of SEK 1,300.
The cottage is insulated for autumn and winter use. Access to the jetty and a steady plastic boat with an electric motor or a petrol motor. We appreciate if you can bring your own lifejackets, there are a few to borrow if one or two are missing. Try your luck fishing here, there are pike, zander, perch and some trout and whitefish. Nearby cosy walking trails net to forest and lake.
Fridge, freezer, cooker, grill, micro, a good flat screen TV with some free channels and a DVD. Kitchen with all kitchen accessories, a modern all tiled bathroom. In the cottage´s all-purpose room there is a single bed and a sofa bed.
There are possibilities for extra berths in a fishing shed next to the cottage. There are 2 single beds there. The fishing shed is included in the rent.
Cosy open fireplace with firewood which is included in the rent. Bed linen, towels and toilet requisites are not included. Cleaning equipment available. During the high season it is only possible to rent by the week, Sunday to Sunday. You will have access to the cottage from 16:00 and you must leave the cottage at 11:00 when rented by the week.
Cleaning before your departure SEK 650, or we expect the cottage to be cleaned upon your departure.



Nearest village is Rottne 18km which has a grocery store
cash point, pharmacy, health care centre, petrol station and a hardware store.
Large and lovely sandy beach 2km from the cottage.
