Small cosy cottage by Lake Helgasjön

Cottage with large patio next to Lake Helgasjön good location at a peninsula.
The cottage is situated 28km north of Växjö, private but not remote. The cottage consists of an all-purpose room, kitchen and bathroom and a separate bedroom. There is a wooden heated Swedish hot tub and sauna available and included in the rent. If you need assistance to heat the tub it is available for a fee of SEK 1,300.
The cottage is insulated for autumn and winter use. Access to a jetty and stable plastic boat with an electric motor or petrol motor. We appreciate it if you bring your own life jackets, but there are some to lend if you are short. Try your fishing luck, here is pike, pike-perch, perch, trout and some whitefish. Close by cosy walking paths within the forest and lake area.
Fridge, freezer, cooker, grill, micro, good flat screen TV with some free channels and a DVD. Kitchen with all kitchen accessories, a modern all tiled bathroom. In the cottage all-purpose room is a single bed and a sofa bed.
There is an additional possibility for 2 beds in the fishing shed next to the cottage. The fishing shed is included in the rent.
Cosy open fireplace with included firewood. Bed linen, towels and hygiene products are not included. Cleaning equipment available. During the high season it is only possible to rent Sunday to Sunday. Access to the cottage from 16:00 and leaving the cottage at 11:00 when renting by the week.
Final cleaning before your departure is SEK 650, otherwise we are expecting you to leave the cottage cleaned.



Nearest village is Rottne 18km with a supermarket
cash point, pharmacy, care centre, petrol station and a hardware store.
Large and nice swimming beach 2km from the cottage.
