This charming archipelago house is situated on Tynningö Island close to downtown Vaxholm and 35 minutes to Stockholm City.The house is 250 sqm, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 livingrooms with verandas overlooking the water. All facilities at high standard.The property has a private location with it´s own jetty. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in our large outdoor terrace.
Traditional woodenheated sauna with a small beach located at the seashore. 2 kayaks are available free of charge.

On the island you also find a tenniscourt, several walking and runningtrails. Fresh water lake "Maren" is located 10 minutes from our house. Its a great spot for swimming as the water is always much warmer than the sea and very child-friendly.

The house is located 35 minutes by car from Stockholm City center and 10 minutes by passenger boat from Vaxholm. Passenger boat to Stockholm City ( Grand Hotel ) about 50 minutes.

Free car ferry from Norra Lagnö at Värmdö to Tynningö ( 5 minutes) The car ferry runs regulary from 06.00-23.00. Fri + Sat also at 24.00.

Passenger boats to Stockholm City, Vaxholm and Sandhamn departs from Höganäs Brygga (Tynningö)
