Holiday resident with miles long views over Gullmarsfjorden and Lysekil.
Independently located at spacious ground plot with lawn and patios on both sides of
the house. Sunshine all day. Walking distance to swimming spot, shops,
restaurants, tennis court, golf course and miniature golf.
You enter the hall way, with two bedrooms on one side and one bedroom and a
shower room on the other side. There is also a washing machine in the shower
room. In one of the bedrooms there is a bunk bed. In the other two there are two
single beds each. A small half stair case – four steps – leads you up to the large
and bright living room with a dining area, suite and sofa bed with two berths. There
is also a fireplace heating stove. The house is heated with electricity. It is fresh and
newly renovated during 2005 - 2006. The kitchen is well equipped.
Beautiful areas for country walks on grounds included in the project Natura 2000 -
area, that consists of Evert Taube’s Malö Strömmar and the nature reserve
Bassholmen with Vägeröd’s dalar.
Fiskebäckskil at Skaftö is one of Sweden’s oldest swimming spot villages. At
Skaftö, you will find Grundsund and Rågårdsvik with shops and restaurants.

Bring your own bed linen. The lodger also cleans the house before departure.

Directions:
At Torpmotet along E6 west of Uddevalla, take road 161 towards Lysekil. Drive
towards Fiskebäckskil.Drive in to the community. From the church, drive about 500
metres towards Loven centret. Take exit road to the left at the mail boxes. Drive 100
metres. Take left and drive up to the house.
