Summer house with wonderful sea-view

The house is located on island Tjörn approx. 60 km north of Gothenburg.
Nearest town is Stenungsund approx. 15 min by car.

The house has a wonderful sea view where you can see the west coast archipelago. The house is five minutes from the sea. There is also a place to swim or if you prefer fishing. Close to the house you can take walk in the nature. About five min by car there is a bigger shop for food stuff. There is also the possibility to rent a kayak if you want to see the nature from the sea. In the area there are many interesting places to visit. On Tjörn there is an art museum, Nordiska Akvarellmuseet. There are also several restaurants, both for sea food and for for meatlovers.

The house has three bedrooms and can accomodate up to 5 persons. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and one bedroom with one bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. There is a bathroom with shower. There is a TV set. There is parking outside the house. If you like barbecue there is a grill available. You can have breakfast on the terrace with a wonderful sea-view.

Normally Saturday day for check in at 13.00. Check out next Saturday at 11.00.


The guest will bring linen, towels and do the cleaning after the visit if not agreed differently. The landlord can do the cleaning for additional fee.

Deposit 3000 SEK at the time of booking. Final payment is made no later than 4 weeks before admission.

Directions:
From Gothenburg 60 km north. When you see sign "Tjörn" take road 160 to "Orust". Take to the right before the bridge "Skåpesundsbron".
