Fully equipped family friendly house w. ocean view

Welcome to friendly and lovely Solumshamn, a quiet small village by the ocean
close to Härnösand, close to the High Coast. Here you are offered the possibility to
rent a family friendly living with a large lawn and great opportunities for playing,
games and relaxing with friends and family.

The main building consists of two bedroom (one with a double bed), a fully
equipped kitchen, a large entrance, bathroom with shower and a washing
machine, as well as a large living room. The house also provides a glassed-in
veranda that we use as a dining room that offers a marvelous view of the ocean.
This room is our favourite place and provides the opportunity to enjoy long
summer evenings...

Attached to the house is a large wooded veranda that provides ample room for
everybody. Outside furniture is provided, inlcluding a comfortable hammock and
sun chairs.

On the property there are also a guest house. It comfortably sleeps two.

A lot of toys and games are availble to borrow to use on the large lawn. A
barbecue is available.

Close to the house (less than 100 meters) there is a child friendly sandy beach
that offers bathing for the whole family.
