Interesting destinations for excursions are, for example, "Norden Ark", "House of the Sea" in Lysekil, the idyllic fishing villages at the coast or the rock paintings in Tanum.
If you have the intention to go shopping, you will find the largest shopping center of the Bohuslän after 20 minutes, near Uddevalla. And if the father will go fishing with his son just at the same time, so he can do so at the river " Örekilsälven ", where salmons are moving upstream in the water.
