Nice red house close to Halmstad

With beautiful countryside landscape and forrests nearby this is the place for recreation. Yet it´s only 20 kilometers from the city center.
The interior is modern with some oldfashion style still there. Big windows and high ceilings makes the house pleasant.
On the ground floor you will find one separate bedroom with two beds, a bathroom, a living room with a tiled stove, TV and a sofa bed with two beds.
Modern kitchen with all facilities for 10 persons. Separate entrance to a washing room next to the kitchen. Upstairs a big bathroom with shower, a separate bedroom with balcony and doublebed and a livingroom with two beds.
TV, DVD, radio, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, whistling teapot, waffelmaker, its all there!

Close by is the calm environment with grazing cows, beech forest and a brook and pond in the garden. Easy approach to all the sights of Halmstad.
If you want outside pool bath Furulundsbadet in Oskarström is very nice for both adults and children, see halmstad.se.
The big shopping mall Ullared is not far away. For the golf enthusiast there is much to find nearby.

The location is designed for people that like to achieve both (quiet place and close to many things), the place is quiet where you can sit and relax, also it is between Falkenberg and Halmstad where you can visit the beaches every day and it is close to local farms where you can try the local food and the local vegetables/ fruits. - Friendly Owner, no question about the hospitality, and you feel you know her for a long time. - The price is fair. - The location is good. - The house and the garden are big and nice.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in diesem geräumigen Haus sehr gut gefallen. In nur 30 Minuten waren die nächsten Sandstrände zu erreichen. die Kinder hatten aber auch viel Spaß bei Wanderungen im direkt angrenzenden Wald. Wir hatten also die ruhige Lage auf dem Land, die wir bei unserem Urlaub in Schweden gesucht habe, waren gleichzeitig aber nicht aus der Welt. Kaum zu glauben, aber wahr: Den angesprochenen Kiosk mit frischen, guten Hamburgern gibt es tatsächlich im nächsten Ort. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, so dass wir einen schönen Urlaub hatten. Wir können das Haus empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
