Charming log cabin (absolutely perfect for 2 people!) in a fantastic location near Ljungskile - Ulvesund. The living space is about 28 square meters. The log cabin has a bedroom and an anteroom with a kitchen etc. The approx. 25-30 m long, wind-protected deck offers privacy and a beautiful location. A staircase leads from the deck into the water (approx. 5 m deep). You can bring your own boat.

Equipment of the kitchen:
Sink with hot and cold water, fridge with freezer compartment, 2 hotplates and microwave, cupboards with crockery, pots and all the usual kitchen utensils. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are available. In the kitchen there is an oak bench and a small seat with a view of the sea.

The room offers comfortable beds; which can be set up separately from each other if you like, a sofa and a small table. The dining table seats 4 people. A good TV is available. Hidden behind a curtain is a sink with hot and cold water.

Behind the house is the toilet (a modern dry toilet that works well, no smell). The shower with hot and cold water is outdoors and has a privacy screen.

After a swim in the sea you can shower outside even if it was chilly in the sea as the shower has hot water.
The log cabin offers a barbecue grill, garden furniture and a parasol. So you can enjoy the peace and privacy!
You can't live any closer to the sea! Thanks to the sheltered location, it's wonderfully warm and comfortable on the deck, even on windy days. Mountains protect from the west wind but you can still enjoy the evening sun! During the summer months the sun shines from early morning until about 8:30 p.m. (in the middle of summer). The sound of the waves under the house is very pleasant and nice to listen to while falling asleep! A small pier with 8-10 small pleasure boats is on the other side of the house but this site is quiet. It's nice to watch someone take a boat out to sea.
We can usually offer a trip with our motorboat to the Lyckorna Brygga restaurant on the other side of Ljungskile bay (including pick-up at the right time) once or a few times during the week (by arrangement).

350 m away you will find the charming Café Växthuset, which also sells vegetables, fresh bread, honey and ice cream. There is a pottery workshop and a small gallery near the café.

Ljungskile is 2 km away, there you will find two supermarkets. In Uddevalla (approx. 17 km away) there is a large shopping center (Torp) with various shops. A golf course is 7 km away. Within a radius of 40 - 65 km there are many destinations, e.g. Grundsund, Smogen, Lysekil, Hunnebostrand, Fjällbacka, Marstrand, Käringön, Mollösund, Gullholmen, Skärhamn etc. Gothenburg is also easy to get to in about 1 hour thanks to the good bus and train connections reach.

Directions:
We will send detailed directions in connection with the booking via email. Ulvesund is 2 km west of Ljungskile, about 68 km north of Gothenburg (E 6 towards Oslo). Your car can be safely parked near our garage about 100m from the Seahouse. Walk the last 100 m to the Seahouse.
