Lovely timber cottage in Åre - Duved

Lovely and genuine timber cottage in the highest southern location with Ski-in and ski-out in Duved - Tegefjäll ski system in Åre. You can easily reach the cottage from two of the lifts, the transportation track runs 10 mts from the cottage. The cottage is located 2,5km from Duved centre, and Duved cross-country area, and about 8km from the square in Åre.

In total the cottage has 8+2 berths, 2 WC: s, 2 wash basins, one shower and one sauna together with Wi-Fi via fibre optic and 4G.

The ground level has a fully equipped kitchen/living room in an angle with cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, micro and a wood burner. TV with Chromecast and HDMI, a seating group with four armchairs, a sofa together with an additional two armchairs. One bedroom with 4 berths, of which one is 140cm. bed and the other a single bed bunk bed. Toilet with wash basin, shower and sauna. Utility room with a toilet, washbasin, washing machine and a drying cabinet. Spacious hallway.

The first floor has two bedrooms with a 180cm. double bed in each together with an all-purpose room with a modern sofa bed with two berths. Here is also a smaller TV with older models of PlayStation and an Xbox.

The family has a dog that visits the cottage for about 20-30 nights per year. Other pets are not welcome.

Bed linen and towels available to rent for a fee of SEK 150/person/week. Asa specifically about this.
