Welcome to our newly renovated year round house with all the required amenities, beautiful location with a private dock at Lissrännsjön. The house has been renovated in a quiet and scenic color scheme with its charm preserved with a wood stove, glazed doors, fireplace with wood burning stove. Here it is a little larger for groups or for families with children there is plenty of space. The house consists of two floors with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 toilets (one with shower), living room & family room.
You are offered a quality accommodation with private dock in a quiet atmosphere. Jump in the lake on warm sunny days, enjoy a great starlit night sky and end the day with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the balcony. Snuggle up and enjoy the leather couch and gaze into the crackling wood stove. Illuminated track with ski trails are nearby. Smoking and pets are not permitted.

Amenities are within 3.5 km distance: food store ICA Ugglebo, pharmacy, wine store. There are also some local restaurants in the Ockelbo centre.

NOTE! The garden is under construction around the house after the renovation. The plot is fine to use but lacks a lawn. There is a lovely woodland slope with blueberry, lilies of the valley and heather down towards the water and the bridge.


Sunbeds are in the outhouse. A barbecue in the grounds. The jetty is about 30 meters from the site to the public swimming area with a sandy beach. In order to fish for perch fishing license is required which can be purchased on the way from the house.

Within the immediate area there are besides the rural and natural areas, artists, Wij Gardens, Elk Park, Högbo cultural area with pre-season length tracks, Kungsberget with many pistes, close to Hälsningland and Växbo flax. Furuviks animal and amusement park in Gävle and Mackmyravägen whisky factory.
