Cottage with fantastic location on private island. Very private on Lake Barken. Circa 2km from Källsjö church in Halland. The cottage is perfect for you who love nature and fishing. Tranquillity and peacefulness is substantial. No neighbours and you will have the island to your self.

Here you will have access to three boats with motors. Two electric motors, perfect for fishing together with to regular motors. Shower and Toilet in separate guest house about 30 metres from the main cottage. The main cottage has three single beds on two bedrooms, two beds in one room and one in the other. There is also a sofa bed in the main room.

The guest house has a sofa bed (double bed). There is also a bunk bed 2 storage bed.

A separate Sauna building with fire stow for wood.

Perfect if you would like to bring your pets, dogs and cats can run free.

TV available with Swedish free channels together with a satellite dish with German channels. DVD-player available.

WiFi available via mobile broadband.

Electricity included in the weekly rent.

Shopping available at Ullared with outlet stores 10km. Lovely Sea baths at Varberg and Falkenberg 30km.

Swap days Saturdays if nothing else is agreed. Rented by the week.

The rent is paid at booking, minimum booking fee 50% and the rest is paid at the latest one month in advance, prior to arrival.
