Apartment with lake view over Runn in Dalarna

Would you like to stay at a lake side location and with a view over the lake, right next to the swimming spot on the lake bank and yet be near the city of Falun with its tourist attractions and experiences.
Perhaps you would like to spent your holiday without a car and instead enjoy the public transportations. 75 metres to the swimming spot and 200 metres to bus stop that will take you the 4km to the town centre. 2,5km to nearest supermarket. If you wish to ride a bicycle there are lovely bike trails and if you have your own car, there is a parking spot next to the building.
This apartment is located in our villa with a private entrance a private patio is also available. Two rooms and a kitchen of 55m2. Two single beds in the bedroom and a double bed in a cubicle located in the living room.
20 % of the rent is paid at the day of the booking and the rest is to be paid thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If you cancel you’re booking later that thirty (30) days prior to arrival you will be charged a fee of 70% of the rent.
We speak German and English fairly good.
