Kyrkbacken on the island Ven (Hven)

Stay on the beautiful island Ven (Hven) in the middle of Öresund, between Denmark and Sweden. Our house from the 1800s has a genuine charm. It is located just by the little marina Kyrkbacken and has a wonderful view over the sea and the Danish coast line.
In Kyrkbacken there are several places to eat in the summertime, for example Restaurant ”Vens Hamnkrog” and Restaurant ”Pausa”.

We are renting out the northern apartment of the house, which is 72 square meters in 2 floors. Downstairs is a kitchen, dining room, bedroom with 140 cm bed and a bathroom. Upstairs is one open room with 3 beds and TV. Steep ladder/stairs to the second floor, therefore not suitable for small children.

At the island there is a grocery store open all year round. During the summer season there are several nice restaurants.

In the summertime there is also a ship from Copenhagen: sparshipping.dk/gb or a boat from Råå outside Helsingborg: raabatarna.se

When the ferry has arrived to Ven you can take bus, bicycle or tractor trailer to Kyrkbacken. There is a bus stop close to the house. There is also a possibility to bring your car to the island, contact Ventrafiken, ventrafiken.se
