The house is located in Läppe which is about 10km from Vingåker and circa 45km from Örebro.

The house consists of a building of about 100m² with a separate apartment on the ground floor of 50m².

The main house consists of an entry-level with living room, shower/WC, utility room, kitchen hall way together with one bed room with a double bed.
The double bed is to the left in picture 4.
It is placed in a space with three walls and with possibility to fold down blinds for privacy.
On the first floor there is a hall way with a single bed together with a bedroom with a double bed.
To reach the bedroom you need to go through the hall way with the single bed.
In the hall way next to the single bed is also a cot placed, but can be moved into optional bedroom.

The standard is high and everything is modern.
There is a flat screen TV, stereo, stovetop, a built in oven, dishwasher, Microwave, fridge/freezer with an ice machine, washing machine and a tumble drier.
The house also has a large balcony with table and chairs and a barbeque and room for many people.
From the balcony there is a view over Lake Hjälmaren and the beach.

The apartment (from picture 7 and onwards) which has a separate entrance consists of a living room, kitchen, hall way, WC, a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed suitable for children up to the age of 16 years, together with a sauna and a shower.
In the living room is there is a table for four as well as a sofa bed.
In connection to the large bedroom there is an exit to the patio with furniture and a barbeque.
All is newly renovated with high standard.
The kitchen has fridge/freezer, a built in oven, microwave, dishwasher and a stovetop.

On the ground plot there is also a separate house with a bunk bed,
there is electricity and heating but no water.

The ground plot is hilled and divided into different sections.
In one of the areas there is a trampoline free to use.

Parking on private grounds for four cars.


There is also a boat available to the lodgers.
The boat is a combined rowing boat/ sailing boat with a small engine.
It is up on land about 50 metres from the house.
