Cottage on private cape

The cottage has three separate bedrooms, one in a separate guest house, living room with a sofa bed and a modern kitchen together with a small shower room with WC and wash basin. In the living room there is an open fireplace with access to wood. Freezer placed in the basement. A large patio and a spacious conservatory with dining area to enjoy the sunset over the lake. There is also a sauna with glass walls facing the Lake and hot tub for maximum of 10 people. Sauna and hot tub, wood burning and located on the bridge.

The cottage is beautifully located at a cape in Lake Skärsjön, outside of Forserum in Småland. Access to fishing, swimming spots and nature experiences. A perfect starting point for excursions of all kinds.

The cottage has a free location on a private cape in the lake and with a lake view all around. Garden furniture, barbeque and a boat available.
Private large jetty with sauna, hot tube and a pier ladder. If you wish you can to set the table for a party on the jetty – a lovely way to enjoy yourself after a day filled with activities.

Lake Skärsjön is about 3km long and is famous for its clean water and fishing. Pike, perch bites well for the fishing interested. Fishing permit required. Rowing boat included and gives possibilities to fantastic nature experiences.

The surroundings consist of mixed forest rich with berries and mushrooms. Here you can explore animal and bird life. For the sporty person there are good paths for jogging.

From Nässjö:
Take the old road 31 towards Äng and Sund.
Follow sign towards Äng, Sund. Keep right, drive for 10,6km
Turn right at sign "Boarp 2" take first road left (after circa 1,3km).
Drive about 700 metres. At the farm take the road sidelong to the right.
Continue down to the lake and drive over the bridge and you are here

From Jönköping
Drive road 31/40 towards Nässjö
Take the exit towards Forserum. Continue on the old road 31 towards Nässjö.
Drive for about 2,9km from Forserum, take left at sign "Boarp 2".
Take first road left (after circa 1,3km).
Drive about 700 metres. At the farm take the road sidelong to the right.
Continue down to the lake and drive over the bridge and you are here.
