Newly built and fresh cottage with a lake view and access to a Swedish hot tub, jetty and a boat with an outboard motor. There is access to a private small sandy beach, just 250 mts from the cottage.

Two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds together with a loft with three single beds. Spacious all-purpose room with dining table, sofas, a wood burner and a TV with satellite dish channels. A well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine and shower. The cottage also has a large patio with garden furniture, grill, a wooden heated Swedish hot tub and a nearby sauna.

Kitchen with cooker, oven, micro, fridge and freezer together with a dishwasher. Access to wireless broadband included in the rent.
Private location without nearby house and nature in the mix. Several beaches and excursion destinations nearby and large areas to explore next to lake and forest together with the family and pets in the absolute immediate area.

Nearest community is 18km away, with a supermarket, cash point, pharmacy, medical care centre, petrol station and a hardware store.

We let the cottage from Sunday to Sunday. Checking in after 14:00 and checking out at the latest 12:00.

You can choose between cleaning yourselves (cleaning material available) or let us do the cleaning for a fee of SEK 650.
