A genuine old house at the idyllic lake Stockby

The house and its garden, less than 10 km from the center of Stockholm, is surrounded by the Långängens Nature Reserve and forms a lake plot facing Stockbysjön. The location is very private but still central.
The surrounding nature reserve offers a large and very beautiful living natural landscape, with nice walking and cycling paths, coffee huts, baths etc.
Public fast transport to central Stockholm is less than 1 km away. This classic house was built in 1888 and partially renovated a few years ago. Bathroom with toilet is new since a couple of years. The property is connected to the municipal water and sewage system.
Tenant disposes of the entire house and the surrounding garden and jetty during the rental period. The exception is the locked attic where we store inventory that is not included in the rental.
The house is fully furnished. Fishing with hand gear is permitted and a rowing boat is available for use during the rental period.
Free Wi-Fi is included.
The larger bedroom has a double bed (180 cm wide). If desired, the bed can be separated into two 90 cm beds if you let us know before arrival. The second bedroom has a 90 cm bed and a slightly smaller bed, with folding legs tucked under the larger bed.
