The cottage is located between Västervik and Valdemarsvik, undisturbed surrounded by forest, 55kvm 3rok, roofed terrace 14kvm overlooking the beautiful meadow.

The kitchen includes a dining area, 2 hotplates, refrigerator / freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc..
The living room has a bed and a sofa bed, dining table seating for 7 seated.
Bedroom 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed, 2 closets
Bedroom 2 2 single beds, two closets
Outdoor toilet, no running water, water collected at the stone wall about 20 steps from the house.

Directions:
About 1 hour drive south from Norrkoping on E22 or 40 minutes north of Vastervik. Leave the E22 at the sign Skeppsgården then it is about 10km to the finish, turn off at Grötebo 2 and then turn up at the county sign Kalmar / Östergötland.
