The surroundings
Here is a nice cottage in the middle of a lovely child-friendly area with grown trees and shrubs and within walking distance to most things.

Beach
The nice natural swimming area is only 400 meters from the house.
If you want to go to the public bathing area, which is large and suitable for all ages, it takes about 10 minutes. There is also a new playground for children.

The House has two floors:
Entrance floor large kitchen, living room with stove, has 2 bedrooms, WC, hall and exit to the terrace and garden.
Downstairs: 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine, dryer

The plot
The plot is large, child-friendly and has plenty of space for games and barbecues.

Svanesund, Orust
Svanesund is located on the strait between the mainland and the eastern side of Orust. In the strait there is a car ferry that takes you smoothly between the island and the mainland (Stenungsund).

In Svanesund there are restaurants, grocery store, marina, football field and communications by bus and ferry.

Farm shops, cafés with ”gofika” & hiking trails – Orust have it al!
