Welcome to this charming cottage in Duved, with proximity to all amenities. The cottage boasts an ideal location, only 400 meters away from both the ski bus and the ski lift at Hotell Renen.

Nestled in seclusion and surrounded by greenery, the cottage enjoys a spacious plot, approximately 150 meters from Duved's train station and the picturesque Glashyttan.

The building has undergone extensive improvements, with an expansion and renovations in 2002. Further upgrades were made in 2020, including the installation of a modern kitchen and a new bedroom. The large living area was opened up with new windows, and all surfaces were clad in horizontal paneling, except for the bathroom, which is designed as a wet room. The cottage offers modern amenities such as a 500/500 fiber connection, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, washing machine, 55-inch TV with a digital package, and a sauna. The bathroom features two showers and two toilets, and the entryway boasts practical ski boot heaters and a fan. For those with vehicles, there are installed electrical outlets for engine heaters.

To enhance comfort, three new armchairs were acquired for the ground-floor living room in 2023.

The cottage can accommodate up to 12 people with the following bed distribution:

Bedroom 1: A double bed measuring 180x200 cm with a mattress topper.
Bedroom 2: A double bed measuring 160x200 cm with a mattress topper, along with a bunk bed featuring mattresses sized 80x200 cm.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds, each measuring 90x200 cm with mattress toppers.
Bedroom 4: A bunk bed with mattresses sized 120x200 cm (lower bunk) and 90x200 cm (upper bunk).
Bedroom 5: Two single beds in the loft, measuring 90x200 cm, with firm mattresses and slatted bases, complete with mattress toppers for added comfort.
All eight beds on the ground floor are new spring-mattress beds purchased in 2020. The loft features two beds with comfortable mattresses, and the bunk bed on the ground floor was equipped with two firm mattresses in 2022.

The cottage offers a generous 135 square meters of living space in addition to a practical loft.

Check-in is available on Saturdays from 2:00 PM, and check-out also takes place on Saturdays, no later than 12:00 PM. If needed, alternative dates can be discussed.

Please note that the cottage welcomes families or guests above 25 years of age.
