Lugnt högt läge. Fin natur. Bra altan och bastu. Men tyvärr har ägaren inte huset i uthyrningsskick. Huset är inte rengjort på många år. Dammigt och instängt. Dålig luft. Få öppningsbara fönster. Ägarens alla personliga tillhörigheter såsom badrockar, kläder, hygienartiklar framme mm. Vi som hyresgäster fick städa, plocka bort tillhörigheter och göra plats i frys. Gäststugan som man skulle kunna använda var full av kläder, skor och en stor takbox. Även den ostädad mm. Kontaktade genast ägaren vid ankomst men fick dåligt bemötande.
