This house has a fantastic view of the meadows and contact with nature outside.
In the morning the sun shines in through the windows and if you are lucky the deer can come by.
The entrance level consists of a lovely open plan living area with large kitchen / living room with TV and fireplace. There is also a hall and bathroom with shower.

Upstairs has two bedrooms one of which has a double bed, here is also a small corner for relaxing outside.
The house is part of the Ögårn family farm and traces of the old barn are still there and also the clear cut stone carvings in the mountains all around.

The proximity to beautiful Åbyfjord is within walking distance and there you will find salty baths from warm cliffs or beach. The trail Soteleden is not far away and goes through the beautiful Nature Reserve at Bua Hed.

When visiting Bohus-Malmön (4km) one should not miss the Draget at the far end of the island, where collected works from the stone carving time can be viewed. The island also has a nice food store, some restaurants, guest harbor and popular mini golf course.
Smögen, Kungshamn and Hunnebostrand are not far away with their heart rate, entertainment, shops and cozy cafes.
