THE SURROUNDINGS
Welcome to the nice apartment which is located in a quiet and child-friendly village in Varekil on Orust. Varekil is located between the islands Orust & Tjörn, therefore it is not far to our nice fishing community or sights on both Orust & Tjörn

THE APARTMENT
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a single house with parking directly to the own plot. Here you actually have your very own plot and garden, with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill (newly bild patio will be available soon). no one can see into the garden because the plot is protected from all trees and bushes in the summer. Close the entrance with a compost grid, then the plot is completely fenced.

WELCOME IN:
You enter directly into the hall which swallows both shoes and jackets. The living room has a sofa bed and armchairs, stove & TV with Tele2 package.

There are 2 bedrooms, one is a double bed and one has two single beds that can be put together if you desired.
The kitchen has all the comforts with both dishwasher and Micro. The bathroom has a shower and there is also a combined washing machine with dryer.

THE PATIO/GARDEN
The patio has outdoor furniture and parasols, as well as charcoal grill.

VAREKIL, ORUST
Varekil is a small community, located almost between Orust & Tjörn. Varekil has a school, Ica, fishstore in a bus, bank, animal clinic, flower shop, gym, gas station with restaurant.

NEAREST BATHING AREA
To the nearest bathing place you can walk to, 2.5 km. You walk between STIGFJORDEN, very nice walking paths down to the sea and also to the bathing area which is called "Frupallen" = "Wife Stool"
You can walk to Frupallen and it takes about 25-35 minutes.

BIKE
From Varekil you get to several different nice places easily by bike. Bring your own bikes or rent bikes at Varekil's petrol station.

ROSSÖ NATURE RESERVE
Rossö Nature Reserve is only 4 km away. It is easy to get there by bike. There is also a fantastic nature with many birds for those how are interested.

Bathing places on Rossö
Rossö Nature Reserve is a 15-minute bike ride away. There are at least 3 bathing places on Rossön.

One that is more orderly with rocks, smal beach, small jumping tower and parking; barbecue area etc. But there is also one with a long jetty, and natural baths. If it is very hot one day, you walk through the wonderful forest and to a beach that has large rocks and is located in the west. Here you must have bathing shoes. There is also a lookout point
But, since Rossön is located on a peninsula, you can of course find your own cliff or beach strip to swim from.

SUNDSBY SÄTERI
You can also cycle to Tjörn over the Skåpesund bridge on cycle paths and nature roads. The first stop will then be Sundsby manor, where you have caves, hiking trails and a cafe.
