Cottage of 60m² + basement of 15m² just 20 metres from the sea, located on private lakeside plot.
Patio with sunshine all day and during afternoon. At the partly covered patio there are garden furniture, two sun beds, sun umbrella and a barbeque.
The cottages first floor was renovated in 2015.
Six berths on three bedrooms, one with a bunk bed. Kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher (45 cm), fridge/freezer, micro, coffee percolator, electric kettle and a toaster.

Lovely swimming beaches at the ground plot and in the surroundings with shallow swimming spots with sandy bottom or at cliffs to dive or jump from.
Fish from the beach or from the rowing boat that is included in the rent during summer (May through September). Rent a motor of 4hp and take the boat on an excursion around the fjord. Why not visit the Nordens Ark located in the same fjord. Lovely walks in open landscape or in the forest where you can pick raspberries, blue berries and mushroom. Near (400 metres) to the hiking trail Soteleden.
Within driving distance 10-15 minutes, Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Bovallstrand, Nordens Ark and Sotenäs Golf course.
Possibilities to rent a boat berth for your private boat.
Rent a "Linen Package" with duvet cover, under sheet, pillowcase, bath towel and small towel for SEK 150 per person.
Final cleaning can be bought for SEK 800.

Directions:
From road E6: Turn off at Gläborg, exit number 101. Follow sign towards Lysekil, Kungshamn and Nordens Ark on road 162.
After 5,7km in Hallinden turn right onto road 171 towards Kungshamn and Nordens Ark.
Drive 6,6km to Nordens Ark, drive through the round about and continue towards Kungshamn.
After another 4, 3km turn left at sign ”Stensjö 2”.
After circa 1km turn left at sign ”Butiken på landet”, drive through the first farm, keep right over the stableyard, continue along the road for about 200 metres to the next farm. Turn left at the stable yard down over the farm lands. After circa 350 metres the road splits in two, keep right and continue another 100 metres and you are here.
