Big family cottage to chill out in bare mountain

The cottage offers you fantastic amenities, stylish space, thoughtful details, quick answers and a lot of hospitality. The cottage has a large and lovely "Lofthus" on 110m2 with four bedrooms, and a large lovely large cottage with a fully equipped kitchen. In the large cottage there are high ceilings with windows in all directions. From the dining table you can see the mountains and the lake Borka glimpsed in the background. At one of the windows there is a cozy bench where you can curl up and enjoy the view.

Upstairs is a loft with TV and a bedroom with a double bed. On the ground floor that has underfloor heating, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two bedrooms with bunk beds, and a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The cottage is cozy and modernly furnished and also offers Wifi and SatelitTv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the most you might need for a long stay. Most of the kitchen utensils, as well as of course toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and microwave. Spices and commodities in the form of coffee, The, sugar and flour etc. are available only if you reset when it runs out.

Activities in the area
The cottage is located 10 km (10 min) from the lift facilities in Kittelfjäll. There are also hotels, inns and a small shop.

Summer and autumn it is wonderful to hike or bike in the beautiful mountain nature. Canoeing, picking mushrooms or fishing for trout and char in mountain lakes are other possible activities.

After a lovely day on the mountain it can be nice to relax with a book or a movie and the cottage has a small library of paperbacks you can read.

A large myggfångare (mosquito magnet) keeps the area around the house relatively free of mosquitoes and knots during the summer.

Arnes House is incredibly cosy and well equipped. It is modern, comfortable and situated beautifully in the middle of the mountains. Mountain view from the house, cute wood stove, amazing kitchen. Arne was very helpful and nice, and offered us great tips about what to do in the surrounding area. We would definitely want to come back!

A wonderful cottage with a magical view! Close to fishing, hiking, berry picking, etc. Very relaxing environment and surroundings.

-Aufenthalt Drop Cap July 2018-Eine Tolles Haus (Sehr gut ausgestattet), Sehr ruhig und in Wunderschöner Lissabon Gelegen, für gestresste Großstädter ein absolutes Wohlfühlerlebnis. You are the von Dort aus Sehr gut Wanderer. Es gibt eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Tankstelle im Ort Kittelfjäll. Der Zugang zum Haus War mit einem Code problem los. Die Communication mit dem Vermieter War Unkompliziert. Arne War Immer für uns Erreichbar und hatte gute Tips für uns. Wir haben the Aufenthalt sehr genossen (Leider zu Kurz) und Würden Unbedingt wieder come.

Beautiful, calm and relaxing location a short drive away from the ski center of Kittelfjäll. Nice and new cottage with all necessary amenities. Effortless and quick communication with Arne. All in all a great option. Thank you, we will be back

Fantastic days in an incredibly nice environment. A close to Nature cottage that is incredibly nice, stunning views of the mountains. A perfect location for us snowmobilers to come directly on the trail up towards the mountains, child-friendly area to be able to let the children to play on. We will definitely return next year directions:
The cottage is located on the road to Borkabyn,10 km after you run past Kittelfjäll.
