Cabin in Hossmo, Kalmar, Sweden

Newly renovated summerhouse with a total of 130 square meters, 6 rooms and a
kitchen, sauna and shower/wc and large patios.

The summerhouse is facing south, 150m from the river of Hossmo right where
it flows into the sea. The river is known for its good fishing, and the area
has a great variety of different kinds of birds. Fishing permits can be
purchased at Preem petrol station in the community before, Rinkabyholm. In
front of the summerhouse there is a lawn perfect for badminton or other
games. 2 km away is Binga golf, a pay and play golf course with 9 holes.
Golf clubs are available to borrow.

The 4 bedroom consists of a 180 bed, 160 bed, 140 bed and a 90 bed. The
summerhouse has a large nice room that has two large dining table with
chairs and there is also a sofa. A folding door can be opened so that it
becomes airy, and warm days more comfortable. There is a large woodfired
sauna in the summerhouse. A relaxarea is in the next room. Here you
can sit and relax or throw darts. There is also a bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, stove with oven,
microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The water is municipal, and there is
hot and cold water. The kitchen is connected to the living room where there
is a television and a fireplace.

The summerhouse is situated 10 km south of Kalmar. The nearest beach is 15
minutes away by car at a campsite called Vita Sand. There is a kiosk and
takeaway. Biking to Kalmar takes about 45 minutes and the road is easy to
find.

Changeover day is Sunday with admission 15:00 and 11:00 to departure. Final
cleaning is possible most weeks for a fee.
