We offer a unique living environment with a modern and very well maintained home in a total of 105 m² spread over four rooms and one kitchen equipped with underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. We also offer a guest house, a wood-fired hot tub, sauna, a charcoal grill and a griddle pan.

Enjoy your vacation at one of the three sunny terraces, walk down to the ocean in just 3 minutes or strolling in the beautiful green surroundings during you holiday. If you want to leave the quiet area for the the city for a while, you are in Gothenburg city in just 25 minutes.

We offer 6 different sleeping places which are distributed in the following bedrooms;
Bedroom 1 -one double bed (180cm)
Bedroom 2 -one single bed (90cm)
Bedroom 3 -one bunk bed (90cm x 2)
Guesthouse - one double bed (160 cm)
We also provide a baby bed and a baby chair if needed.

The house is a fully equipped permanent residence with dishwasher, washer, dryer, Internet (fiber), TV and Chromecast. The house has one bathroom with a shower.

We're offering bed linen, towels and cleaning for extra charge.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets.

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie das große Vergnügen gehabt, dieses wunderbare Haus mit der fantastischen Meerblick, jetzt das 6.Mal zu mieten. Das Haus mit seiner unmittelbaren Nähe zu verschiedenen Badestellen, Klippen zum Krebse fischen und dem Wald zum Pilze sammeln, ist für uns das perfekte Sommerhaus an der Westküste. Das Haus ist modern skandinavisch, hell und freundlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man für einen bequemen Aufenthalt drinnen und draußen braucht. Die Klippen und der Rasen um das Haus laden unsere Kinder immer wieder zu neuen Spielen ein. 5 Autominuten entfernt liegt die Bäckerei ”Skåra Bagari”, die wir nur empfehlen können, um viele schwedische Leckereien und Brot zu testen. Die Nähe zu Göteborg und vielen schönen Küstenort wie z.B. Marstrand bietet tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wobei wir viele Tage einfach am Haus verbracht haben mit Krebse fischen und baden. Um dann abends den Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse zu genießen. Ein Schweden Sommertraum!

Everything has been perfect at Villa Zuhr in Ödsmals Mosse. The house was outstanding: equipped with modern furniture in a well chosen style, a kitchen with numerous appliances and more than sufficient equipment, a broad wind sheltered terrace above the sea shore offering a terrific 180° view on the fjord and even up to Marstrand’s castle disposing of very comfortable chairs and a table to sit, eat and relax outside. A fantastic view on the fjord from the 1st floor's bedroom. Last but not least a charming, well organized and helpful host ! Above all a nice hot tub placed on the terrace. And not to forget the relative proximity of other scebic places at the marvelous coast of Bohuslän from Marstrand (20 min) up to Fjällbacka in the north (1 h15min). All in all we really felt very comfortable, relaxed totally and would like to come back!

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Die Innenausstattung ist luxuriös und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, sehr ruhig gelegen mit einer schönen Meersicht und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto schnell in der nächsten Stadt. Johanna ist die perfekte Gastgebrin, auf unsere Extrawünsche wurde mit grossem Aufwand eingegangen und viele Wünsche wurden gestattet. Ein rundum perfekter Wohlfühlort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
