Sea view in Löderup’s Strandbad

From 17 june we let our summer paradise in Löderup’s Strandbad with a fantastic view. High position but yet covered from the wind, with a lovely conservatory in a southern position for nice meals and sea view no matter what the weather’s like. Your breakfast can be enjoyed on the patio in the east with morning sunshine. Warm summer evenings are fantastic on the patio in the west with evening sunshine until 21:00. All with a panoramic sea view.

Just 300 metres to beautiful sandy beach with jetty. An hour’s fantastic walk over the Kåsebergaåsen to Kåseberga and Ales stones. 10 minutes by car to Sandhammaren.

The main building consists of two bedrooms in the north part of the house, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, WC/shower and a combined kitchen and living room with a TV (a large Viasat subscription included for the TV until week 33) together with a conservatory with openable windows and an entrance to the patio in the west.

The guest house consists of one bedroom with a bunk bed for two, a utility room, WC/shower and a living room with TV screen and a sofa bed for two.

Both houses are in good shape and were renovated during 2008/2009. WC/shower in both houses and was renovated in 2012.

Both patios have garden furniture such as Grythyttan. Access to a large Weber barbeque.

The house has coverage for mobile Internet and mobile phones, WiFi not available.

Directions:
From Ystad, drive road 9 towards Simrishamn.
Turn right onto Kustvägen towards Kåseberga.
After Kåseberga, turn right towards Löderups Strandbad.
Just before Kåsebergaåsets an up hill, turn right onto Furutorpsvägen.
It is the first house on your left hand side.
