Spacious townhouse in picturesque Skanör

We are letting our fully furnished summer house, situated in the center of old Skanör and equipped with a large and private garden, from 29th of June to 13th of July (high season) and also during the spring from 13th of April to 8th of June and from 24th of Aug onwards (low season).

The two-storey, three-bedroom house is spacious with newly decorated entertaining areas and bathroom with a shower cabin. It houses maximum 7 adults.

The area is calm with a minimum of traffic. Within walking distance you will find the harbour, amazing sceneries and beautiful beaches. Lots of restaurants, small shops and sightseeing opportunities are also within reach. The house is ideal for birdwatchers who enjoy some comfort and privacy.

Letting period from Saturday at 15:00 to the following Saturday at 12:00.

Letting agreement will be entered upon reservation. A down payment of 20 % is required within 1 week. Full payment 30 days before arrival or, if reservation is made later, within 1 week or before arrival.

A deposit of 3 000 kr is required. The deposit will be returned after approved inspection.

The house must be left tidy and in good order. Bedlinen and towels are not included.

Smoking indoors and pets are not allowed.
