Cottage 4+2 people for rent 30 km south Växjö

Renovated summer cottage with a private location and approx. 150 meters from a nice swimming spot by lake Rottnen in southern Småland. There are 6 beds, but the cabin is best suited for 4 people. The cabin contains: Bedroom/living room with double bed, sofa and TV. Dining room/bedroom with 2-person sofa bed, dining table for 6 and wood stove (wood included). A smaller room with bunk beds (2 pers.) Kitchenette with usual equipment
Bathroom with shower and WC, dry toilet in separate building. Cot can be arranged (ordered when booking) Heating and cooling with air source heat pump. The cabin is next to a sporadically used forest road, by the lake there are several public barbecue areas, charcoal grill is available by the cabin. Access to a rowing boat if you want to fish (fishing license required) or for excursions to any of the small islands in the lake, where you can find your "own" favorite island. A smaller town with an ICA store and gas station is about 1.5 miles from the cottage. Guest cleans the cabin upon departure. Change of guests on Saturdays, arrival after 4:00 p.m., departure no later than 10:00 a.m unless otherwise agreed with the lessor.
