Villa near the sea

The house is in a peaceful and close to nature area and is surrounded by meadows and areas for country walks. It is lovely to go for a walk and feed the horses in the nearby area.

The nearest bathing bay is about 2km away. There is both a sandy beach and cliffs. In the area there are more small bathing bays for swimming or just enjoying a picnic.

It is 4km to the large boat harbour Gottskär, with a restaurant, ice cream kiosk and a pastry-shop. You can also rent a canoe, diving equipment and book a tour with a RIB-boat to Nidingens fyr (light house) here.
There is also a swimming spot with a diving tower and jetties, but you can just walk around the area to enjoy the nice atmosphere.
The Grocery store is circa 4km away and there is also a fantastic "fish truck" where you can buy everything from the sea.
Within 5km you will find a petrol station, pizza place, hairdresser, gardener, wood shop, post service, children clothes shop and a golf course.
It is circa 10km to Kungsbacka with a swimming pool complex, cinemas and restaurants.
There is a shuttle to Gothenburg every fifteen minute and it takes about 26 minutes.

There are three houses on the ground plot, but only one is to let, the other houses are empty during the period.
